Beetroot Papad in its light violet texture is made of poha ( rice flakes) flour and healthy beetroot. Each pappad is made in a small circular round shape. Like other papad varieties, upon frying in oil, beetroot papad becomes crispy, which can be served as a side dish for any veg meal or as a starter.
